These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website [lakshmitransformation.com] (“the Site”), as well as all bookings, participation, and use of services offered by Lakshmi Transformation (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or booking any service or retreat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms apply to all users of the Site and clients of Lakshmi Transformation, including those booking retreats, therapy, workshops, or renting space.

1.2. By making a booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.3. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on the Site. Continued use of the Site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Services and Bookings

2.1. All services, including retreats, therapy sessions, workshops, and space rental, are described on the Site. We reserve the right to change, modify, or discontinue any service at any time.

2.2. Bookings are made via the online booking system or by direct contact. A booking is confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation (email).

2.3. Some services may require payment of a deposit or full fee in advance. Payment details and deadlines are provided during the booking process.

2.4. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.

3.2. The cancellation and refund policy for each service (retreat, therapy, workshop, space rental) will be specified during the booking process. In general:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start date: full refund minus administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 14–30 days before the start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 14 days before the start date: no refund.

3.3. If we must cancel a service or retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.

4. Participation and Responsibility

4.1. By booking and participating in any retreat, workshop, or therapy, you acknowledge that such activities may involve physical, emotional, or psychological risk. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

4.2. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically and mentally fit to participate. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you must inform us in advance and consult your physician before booking.

4.3. You are required to act respectfully towards staff, other participants, and the property. We reserve the right to exclude anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without refund.

4.4. You are responsible for arranging your own travel and health insurance, including coverage for personal accident, illness, and cancellation.

5. Liability

5.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lakshmi Transformation and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from your participation in any service or retreat.

5.2. We are not responsible for loss or damage to your personal property during your stay or participation in our services.

6. Personal Data Protection

6.1. We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.

7. Intellectual Property
