Thank you for choosing Lakshmi Transformation. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be fair and transparent regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before booking.
1. Retreats
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for retreats. The deposit amount and payment deadlines will be specified during the booking process.
Cancellations by Participant:
- More than 60 days before the start date: You will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit and any transaction fees.
- 30-60 days before the start date: 50% of the total fee will be refunded, minus the deposit and transaction fees.
- Less than 30 days before the start date: No refund will be issued. Your deposit remains non-refundable but can be transferred to another retreat within 24 months.
2. Workshops, therapy sessions, and energy healing
Cancellations by Participant:
- More than 2 days before the start date: You will receive a full refund of any payments made
- 1-2 days before the start date: 50% of the total fee will be refunded
- Less than 24 hours before the start date: No refund will be issued.
Cancellations by Lakshmi Transformation:
If we must cancel an event, retreat, or session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.
3. Online Services
For online therapy or energy work sessions at a distance, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.
