Thank you for choosing Lakshmi Transformation. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be fair and transparent regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read our policy carefully before booking.

1. Retreats, Workshops, and Therapy Sessions

Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for retreats, workshops, or therapy sessions. The deposit amount and payment deadlines will be specified during the booking process.

Cancellations by Participant:

• More than 30 days before the start date: You will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit and any transaction fees.
• 14–30 days before the start date: 50% of the total fee will be refunded, minus the deposit and transaction fees.
• Less than 14 days before the start date: No refund will be issued.

Cancellations by Lakshmi Transformation:
If we must cancel an event, retreat, or session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to another date.

2. Online Services

For online therapy or energy work sessions, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you book a service online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of booking, provided the service has not already been provided or started within that period. 4. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your booking. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be completed after approval.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

• Services already provided or started at your request within the withdrawal period.
• “No-shows” or failure to attend without prior cancellation.
• Gift cards or vouchers.

6. Travel and Insurance

We strongly recommend that you arrange your own travel and health insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation.
